News: I have been granted the working holiday visa!!! Now it’s time to plan my journey in OZ
This morning we had this delicious breakfast. Summer is over and days are beginning to get cooler.
So I decided that it was a perfect day for my first sweet quinoa porridge.
It was delicious, we tried it with almond butter, but I bet that it’s perfect with peanut or hazelnut butter.

quinoa, soy milk and almond butter based
Ingredients
- 100 g Quinoa
- 300 ml Soy milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar white
- 2 tbsp Almond butter
- Almond slices
Instructions
- In a pot mix the quinoa, sugar and soy milk.
- Boil until the milk is absorbed.
- Serve with the almond butter on top and garnish with the almond slices.
- Course: Breakfast
